I do wish that the people who bitch about the way we do things and say we (the normal)need to change to meet their needs exersize their right to GET THE F@#* OUT
It's an excellent idea (although not exactly novel). We are capable of being entirely self-sustaining; maybe not at the level some of the spoon-fed masses would prefer, but a damned sight better than most of the world's population.
I suggest we devote some extra effort to perfecting the ICBM defenses, too... when the russian stockpiles are traded for food and oil, some mullah or other is just likely to point some our way.
