But, almost all of the Liberals of America need reprogrammed.

I must agree Roger. Seeing as I'm married to a legal immigrant, it just chaps my hide, that they want, want want, and demand,demand,demand.
There must be a similar test for 'Righty', because I certainly see a lot of drivel from the extremes on both sides.
Though, on average,I find the righty drivel a bit less evil.
Less likely to effect national security. : )
Why would they want a legal drivers license? When I was in Cali the cops didnt even bother giving the illegals a ticket. Why bother its not like they have a license to take away because of reckless driving or drunk driving or too many violations or causing too many wrecks. Insurance? they dont need it.Thats why I have to pay uninsured motorist coverage in a state that requires all drivers to have insurance.
