I looked over several of the links and nobody can verify if this guy was ever really in the military (did I miss something?) All they can say for sure is he was no Ranger.
One comment I can agree with (can't remember which link) states that if this fellow was in the mlitary, he is doing exactly what John Kerry did when he returned from Vietnam. Slandering active duty troops while they are still engaged with the enemy - thereby giving aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war.
But it seems (especially since Vietnam) that treason is no longer a presecutable offense.
Oh, Wit, I can tell you right now, I'd love to be in a room, alone, with just this guy and my lucky hockey stick.
The damage he's caused, the possible ramifications are endless. I hope he rots in ever living hell, right next to Saddam, and eventually Osama.
I actually first heard about this guy last week from one particularily psychotic conspiracy nutter I've had the non-priveledge to know. She's French. Typical.
She posted the "peace" video, exclaiming how she finally had the proof she needed that U.S. forces were animals, and how America, and Americans were the "terrorists of the world".
The sick freak even had the audacity to say that he may still be honest. Even after about 20 links, including the Rangers themselves saying he was a liar.
There are no actual words to describe how I felt when I watched the video, other than I knew he was lying. Too many good men and woman I know are over there, and they'd have told me if this was happening. If not, I'd have seen it in their eyes.
That the left embraced this treasonous bastard, that they still support him shows them for the truly pathetic scum they are. SCUM.
Miss Jenn, I have a question for you. This has gotten little or no play out here in Virginia (actually I'm in the DC metro area). How has the coverage of this "SCUM", as you so astutely put it, been on your side of our country?
That this jerk has gotten no ceverage out here is a mixed blessing I suppose. On one hand, I don't have to throw anything at my TV. On the other, people out here (unless they go on-line - which actually most people do anymore) don't have any idea how far these saboteur's are willing to go to undermine our country (and give a sound bite to our enemies - i.e. the french wench, et al).
As to your comment on the hockey stick (and I do acknowledge that beating this traitor over the head for a few hours would be most satisfying) - well, perhaps it's because I've been so many years out here in the "Old Dominion" (side note: my family came over here about 400 years ago - to Virginia. A bit of irony there, don't you think?) but I'd just prefer to shoot the bastard.
Mainly his sick lies have filled the internet, but how many millions were reached. I first heard about it on an international board. They were all pissed, and vowing revenge on Americans. Exactly what they wanted to have happen.
These sickos were slamming our soldiers like a steroidal Barry Bonds whacks a ball.
Frankly, the reason I didn't post about it when I first heard, is that I didn't want to spread the B.S.
Believe me, my hockey stick is old school, it would be a tremendous joy to use it to smack him upside the head. But, let's see, he should be tried for treason.
