I liked the story about the hospitals that have been sending their bills to mexico. That story went away (go figure!) but I think we really need to send mass-mailings of our expenses to the mexican gov't. Maybe they'll get the message we're tired of picking up their tab.
You know, back in the days when common sense ruled and a man could defend his life and his property, citizens would have flocked to the border, armed to the teeth, posted warnings as well as warning shots, then simply shot tresspassers if they refused to heed.
I'm not sorry to say that if we did this now, it would only take a few deaths to stop the massive illegal flow over the border completely.

Oh! You are so right, Miss Jenn! It is one of the richest countries around with their resources (i.e. oil, agriculture/farmland and tourist spots!). If they could congregate en masse as they did in OUR streets, don't you think they could affect change in their OWN country? They certainly don't want to be Americans. Why not translate that love of country, THEIR country, to how their country can be made better? I truly wonder if there is not some other agenda at work here.
Drugs and corruption rule Mexico. Only a brave dude or dudette with extremely large cajones will be able to clean that mess up. They'll need the entire support of the Mexican military (they're even more corrupt).

You know, there was a guy on the radio this morning from El Paso (please remember this is, of course, heresay) and he said the whole case was political. He also said the whole political and the judicial process down there was corrupt, as corrupt as mexico (dude had a very heavy hispanic accent). He also said the jurors had been bribed with 5,000.00 each to give a guilty verdict.
If this is true . . . well I just have no words for my contempt!

I've nearly given up on this matter. Down here in S. Florida, it's over. They. are. everywhere. I have no problem with those who come here lawfully and adapt into American culture. But, when I have to speak Spanish to go to Walmart-I get ticked. How on earth can our country sustain the cost of these illegal immigrants I have no idea.

I've been absent for way too long and I've come back to this? Perhaps they should add a few extras onto the package such as:
1) For only $1 more you get to starve and die in the desert just like a real lowlife wetback.
2) For only $2 extra, you can be featured on the front page of an American newspaper so that uneducated liberal Americans can see your uneducated Mexican ass suffer.
3) For free, on request, a REAL Border Patrol agent will shoot at you because he can't do it at the real border.

How about the Door KNobs at the INS here in Chicago, there is an Illegal holing up in a church because she is to be deported for a second time. The first time she came right back, and that time had the anchor baby, I say deport both of them. People are all supportive, the Liberal law makers here are trying to make Chi-town a refuge for them. Now she has broken the immigration law twice, is a federal criminal of identity theft and SSN theft. (any American did that they would have already been put away) an dshe is guilty of crimes against society, theft of working peoples money in the form of welfare to an illegal alien. Close the Doors guys we can't take any more in.
