it used to be the the French were quite protective of their culture, to the point of being obnoxious...how and why they have let a completely foreign culture overrun them is a case study in PC run amok.
What bothers me so much is the way "poor" people whine about conditions they live in. I have been dirt poor, but my house stayed clean, and so did I. And what little money I got, I spent on food and clothes. Not guns and drugs.
You can make choices. Someone is responsible for the shit hole you live in, and other than crap landlords, of which I have had my share, it's usually the people that make it what it is.

I don't know how the people over there can stand this crap! Most of these Euro-trash countries have militaries. If the police can't handle the problem they can call out the army to quash them. My experience in France was that they were very strict about who they let in and who they did not.
I could be wrong but I would deduce that all of these hooligans are there because the French allow them to be.
All in the name of diversity I suppose. Well...now they have a diverse set of law and order issues that they aren't even close to dealing with.
America, observe thy future if you don't wake up. Islamic cab drivers in my home state are now refusing to transport fares that are carrying alcoholic beverages. How far removed are we from those same cab drivers and their supporters rioting in defense of their demands?

If I were the Brits I would boot anybody who didn't hold down a job. Heck I would just boot the lot of them just on principle.
The difference is nobody went to the states with anything. We all had to get busy and working if we wanted anything out of life. Here, just stand in line for a hand out and then complain.
I don't think any of the American pioneers complained to the Council (city govt) that they don't like the color paint on their Council paid for house- they built their own houses and got on with it!
