Maybe it's just a typo, but I thought in Miami-Dade they use 'Immigrante', the spanish version of immigrant.
I also thought "out of space" meant it's time for a bigger house.
Maybe Fredrica would be satisfied with more descriptive terminology, like, "illegal terrestrial aliens", or, "criminally present foriegners", or "undocumented social program recipients", or "Juanna bees".
