I don't have any doubt that her mother has tried her best to turn his daughter away from him and has made it as difficult as possible to see her. He was probably at the end of his rope with both of them ... so in some strange way I suppose I can understand his frustration. But this is Alec "asshole" Baldwin we're talking about. He has a history of blowing up and yelling. He's getting what he deserves.
Not only that, yelling at the CHILD is the issue here. If that was a message he'd left for Kim then maybe but not the little girl.
