This Is Not A Democracy, It's A Republic........

listening now ... damn she's good. I agree with her 100%. She's like common sense reborn. I bet the left hates her with a passion, especially because she's Jewish.

Great show! I didn't know that the extreme covering of women isn't in the koran. Cultish subjugation is all it is.

They hate her bigtime. She's had death threats from the great American left. They also threaten her daughters. Funny about the peaceful left, why they are so intlorent.

Listening now,
She is Michael Savage in heels, only, she makes sense. She has the gift of gab... poster girl for the gift of gab.
I'd hate to be married to her, because she'd REALLY be right on every issue. Men would be doomed to lose every arguement for sure!
HA! All kiding aside, she has clearly given great thought to the issues, and can concisely express herself.
Great show!!!

Interesting show.
I can't for the life of me figure out how someone can consider the Constituiton the Holy Grail (although the Scalia reference already shows cracks in that facade) and support the Bush Doctrine. The former has principles, one of which is a limited federal government with an emphasis on individual liberty while the other rooted in the Progressive idealism (libtard in your terms) of Woodrow Wilson and Teddy Roosevelt, neither of whom seemed to really care about individual liberty in the way our Framers did, or for that matter, constitutional principles.
The positions are wholly irreconcilable.
Moreso, Pam falls into the central planner's trap when she states the failure of the Bush Doctrine is the product of the permanent bureaucracy.
Unfortuneately, supporters of the Bush Doctrine have much in common with the socialists and Communists in that they seem to insist that they have this capability to shape things in their own image (this is what Hayek called The Fatal Conceit). Central planning fails. Although perhaps not seeing perfectly eye-to-eye on this point, at least traditional conservatives and libertarians at least understand this to be the case (those who are influenced by neoconservative political philosophy seem to ignore this). Rather than go into further detail:

Lastly, please understand that I have ZERO sympathy for the whole idea of the criminalization of the Republican Party. Current so-called Republicans wouldn't know Republican principles if they sat on their faces (especially the politicans - who are morally defective hacks). It's the new party of FDR. Clowns to the left and jokers to the right...
Yes, the fact that Democrats can get away with bloody murder is annoying; however, the fact that useless statists like Tom DeLay are being sent packing is certainly a welcome change from my perspective.
Make no mistake, I admired the passion Pam brought to the show and she certainly has strong convictions. While we are in major disagreement on many fundamental issues, I can respect where she's coming from. It was provactive enough to elicit a lengthy response from me, whether warranted or not.

dtodeen,
Better yet, was I just referred to as a Democrat? I'm trying to recall if I have supported modern liberalism in any meaningful way. Maybe someone else can chime in and show me where I have done this.
Out of curiousity, didn't I, on many occassions, berate mudkitty for the failures of modern liberalism?
Republicans criminals and democrats inocent bystaners...
Please do not put words in my mouth. I never said that. I just don't waste the energy bitching and whining about it (kind of like the mainstream media). I have other fish to fry.
I don't mind my response being called BS, but can you please at lease provide examples or show where we differ in principle? I would like nothing more than to debate your responses but you aren't giving me a lot to go on.

First off let me say, thanks for listening..
Secondly you lumped a whole group of people into being criminals. Thats exactly what democrats are trying to do, and that is dishonest and the democrats are chalked full of dishonesty.
Lastly, please understand that I have ZERO sympathy for the whole idea of the criminalization of the Republican Party.
That will anger a lot of people, unless I am reading it wrong, which is alway a posiblity!

No, I didn't make some things clear although what Jenn said is right. I think it is a crock to criminalize the Republican Party.
There are a few other points I'll make shortly.

dtodeen,
I don't at all care for the witch hunts, but those who have done wrong should be treated accordingly. However, the Democrats get away with bloody murder so yes, there is a major hypocrisy at play here. The fact that the mainstream media is sympathetic to the left doesn't help.
Jenn pretty much hit the nail on the head. My point is that even if that is the case, which it is, my sympathy toward this issue isn't there because I have become truly disgusted with the GOP. My view on that issue could certainly be lopsided.
Secondly you lumped a whole group of people into being criminals. Thats exactly what democrats are trying to do, and that is dishonest and the democrats are chalked full of dishonesty.
I have plenty of not-so-nice things I could say about the Bush Administration, neoconservatives, social conservatives and Republicans in general (probably no fewer than what conservatives can say about libertarians). I will not go to the extent the Democrats do and insert a whole lot of bullshit into these discussions. "Bush lied people died" is for idiots. I prefer constructive criticism, and even with my high levels of disdain, I could manage a bit of it.
Agree or disagree, I hope this at least clarifies what I thought was a bit of a misunderstanding.
