I don't see how Rove being a commentator (read: opinion) and an advisor to McCain is mutually exclusive. It's not like he's a straight news guy (Smith), he's a talking head. It's not like they don't have the other "side" (Williams, Colmes) on there. It's more "fair" than any other station provides.
I'm also afraid I'm in agreement with Darwin on this one. I don't think she did anything wrong - but you can't have the "appearance" of wrong doing, either.
