I've heard something that indicates that the Sudan (in order to receive bookoo bucks from the US and UK) are in violation of some treaty they signed with us. They are not to charge non-muzzies with any religious crimes. So they have reneged on their end.

This story made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
The "no Mohammed" rule is part of their society, and that's fine, (as a foreigner in another country - you should have to respect the rules of that society even if you don't agree with them - doesn't always happen here, but I digress...). However, the school principal could have spoken to her, the bear could have been renamed, and that should have been the end of that.
