I believe her point was that some manufacturing decline, and especially energy dependence on foreign supplies is attributable to the soon to be endangered "tree huggers" (I'm cleaning my guns as I type). To revive some manufacturing and achieve a level of energy independence the "tree huggers" and their tiresome wails and moans must be rejected and ignored (by the way, the "tree huggers" inlcudes groups such as ELF, that condone and use violence as a means to an end). I didn't think for a second that she actually meant to shoot them.
Don't be so quick to defend every single American and claim that ill will should never befall them.
