Although I am not familiar with Michael Vick or as you call him Sick Vick, I take your word for it, I have not heard a thing about this.
On a different note, the lady in the picture looks just like Natashia of Boris and Natashia on the Rocky and Bullwinkle Cartoon. But that might be a bit before your time I don't know? Just guessing!!

That is Cruela DeVille from 101 Dalmatians. Like Jenn's dog. One of the most popular Disney movies in there history. The cartoon is a parody on animal cruelty. Micheal Vick is accused of this. Thus Jenn's title "Sick Vick" Most people that abuse animals are sick, thus the cartoon makes perfect sense.
Micheal Vick in noteworthy for his mediocre ability to play football in the NFL, thus he is a star to some people who live and breath football.
Michael Vick is the hopefully soon to be ex-quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons. He "allegedly" has been running dog fighting rings and also dealing dope.
The woman in the picture is Cruella Deville.

I hope you've been helping pressure the NFL and Nike to drop Vick. The NFL has already agreed to keep him out of training camp; we're still fighting to get him suspended until this matter is resolved. We're also asking Nike to drop Vick as a sponsor. This guy is sick.

The owner of the team he plays for wanted to severelly punish him - but was limited to a four game suspension because of the players union. This, of course, could all change with a guilty verdict. Due to the mountains of evidence against this guy, I really expect a guilty verdict - unless he gets an OJ jury.
Regardless - I have to say that I hugged my dog as I cried when I was listening to the details of this sick jerk and what they did to these dogs.
I always thought I had a pretty good grasp of the English language - but in this case I truly am at a loss for words regarding my feelings regarding this story and this creep!
I look at my spotted little baby girl and want to kick Vick's balls so hard he has to use a crow bar to dislodge them from his cranium.
Yes Dave, I have written and in fact got everyone in my office to do so as well. We take the game of football very seriously and we abide no dog killing psychopaths.
