Also, not every aspect of the culture is worth saving. i would not have made it through my own stay in London without the wonderful chinese and indian resteraunts. the "indigenous" cuisine is very, very poor. Many times I left some pub place saying "I can't believe how much ham I just ate" all of it boiled for seemingly several hours.

Scary thought, but you're right. They need some sort of civil disobedience unrest to let their un-elected tormentors know they are unhappy with the current status quo.
And considering it's part of the islamic jihad there to NOT work (i.e their imams instruct their people to not work so as not to contribute to the British economy - they want to break it), but to go to school on the public's pence and then go on the public dole (i.e. council housing and their equivilent of food stamps), having the WORKING part of your population in jail would absolutely cripple their economy.
