Are you filipina? Just wondering...Saw another one of your menu plan mondays and I noticed tilapia and rice which made me wonder if you're filipina...Was it fried tilapia with bagoong? Anyway, thanks for sharing your pancit recipe. Have you tried patis instead of salt? Tasty!!! Have fun at Red Lobster...I'm curious about oath day too...
