I like your menu!!!
How do you do your tilapia? I usually make my own teriyaki sauce and then bake it. I like the way my mom fries tilapia with the skin and everything, but I don't know how to do it. Also, they usually just sell filets at the grocery store without the skin. Hmmm, if you have a good way to make tilapia, I'd really be interested in a recipe
