That little plastic money is actually the key to a whole new world of money. You see money is no longer about how much you have, because credit allows you to acquire more things than you could ever pay for, theoretically.
This allows people to own things beyond their means, and aquire things they couldn't otherwise, as long as they agree to pay for them later, but they can pay for them with more plastic, allowing a person to theoretically use credit to become richer.
The problem is...eventually it will catch up with you. Unless you are extremely careful; with minimum payments and intrest rates, the house will eventually win.
So..its a whole new world of money but you really do have to be careful

Credit cards are either something to be feared or something to be loved, depending on your self-control issues. Building and maintaining a good credit score is much more important than owning a credit card: paying on a car loan on time, student loans, and the best one... a mortgage! It's sad that you have to incur debt in order to prevent you from having more in the future though.

Just make sure to pay off the credit card after using it or at the end of the month. Very dangerous to develop a balance unless you are using it for a financial stategy such as building a fico score. But, never owe on it more than you have in assets so you can pay it off at will.

Credit cards are handy especially when you know how to use them. I've become very careful now after going into some financial trouble. I pay as much as I can and if possible, I pay the entire balance. It has helped me in times of need. It's just a matter of knowing how to handle the swiping. I'm glad I have it and I'm glad I've learned how to handle it.
