Hi Jen, great use of depth of field there. Don't listen to the "experts" but shoot, shoot and shoot some more. Lots of noise in the photography world (sorry for the lame pun), better to tune out and find your own way, otherwise your pictures will look like any other Flickr pictures out there, pretentious and trite.
