Also a bit deaf---I kind of forgot the thing about cutting loose with an open gun inside a barrel. It's more
of a physical blow than a sound.

I shot it left and then right. As you know, the trick is to be dead on the bobber when it first moves - 2 alpha's was my result. Don't know what I would have done otherwise except to stand there and cuss at it.

I think you should call the target the "Flying Farley" giving credit to the creator of such a beast. Feel free to add another f-word to the beginning of the name, like fun or fast or whatever else comes to mind.

My question: does it present the same motion each and every time? Could it give cause for a reshoot because it moved differently from one shooter to another? I haven't seen it in action yet.
Wave-a-Wanker? Presents as close to the same motion every time as any complex bobber.
Yoda gets my vote it moves like he does. The trick is to shoot at it when it first starts to move.
"Jan" is also known as "Yawn". And if anyone is entitled to name the bobber "Yoda", he is.
