You didn't mention that encoded ammo will pretty much prohibit plain lead bullets. Part of the base vaporizes and they wouldn't keep their stamping. You could argue that the founding fathers ONLY had lead bullets available to them, and prohibiting them violates the 2A.

In a state that has 1.5 illegal aliens that

I may just have to shoot only revolvers, so I recover all the brass, and use double ended wad cutters fired serial number first.

Of course, the bad guys would never think of that........
