Is this rifle and pistol only? How about shotgun ammunition? How about .410 shells, for which some rifles and pistols are chambered? Will each of the shot have to be numbered? Each with a separate number, or will it be one number per shell?

Nels, Encoded Ammunition bills vary from state to state and in some states shotguns are NOT excluded.
