The only thing we differ on is pennies. Yes, I WILL bend over to pick up a penny!
Perfume sprayers are E.V.I.L. !! I'm allergic to many high-end perfumes. I've had several shopping trips ruined as I sneeze my way through a mall(with NO tissues), after being sprayed by a perfume sniper!

I belive in: sharp kitchen knives, Paderno cookware, the cool of the underside of the pillow on a hot day and the magic of an electric mattress cover on a cold day. I believe the meaning of life is found in fresh bread and the act of cooking for someone else. I believe in words, good grammar and sweatshirts that have had "thumb holes" worn into the sleeves. I believe in good food, good conversation and those rare moments when you hold someone tight and for a moment convince yourself that you're actually protecting them from the world outside of that embrace. I believe that your John Cusack line is one of the most brilliant I've read in a while. And I didn't used to, but since I've had my kids and now have nieces as well, I believe in miracles. Although I'm a cynical scientist at heart, babies and children are modern day miracles.

I believe education is continual as long as you keep your eyes and ears open.

I believe that black people are better near the rim and white people are better at assists.

I believe medieval churches are better looking than libraries, but I spend a heck of a lot more time in libraries than church.

I believe John Cusack is very funny, especially that one movie where he keeps making top five lists.

I believe in both sex and love, and they're better when together, but I'd settled for sex without love on many occasions in the past.
