the japs throw their utensils out is because they ordered delivery services from the restaurant in your apartment. just ring them using your phone and they will deliver to your room which you will consume the food and leave the plates, spoons, etc out for them to collect later

I think I will give it a try. But Im not too sure about leaving the plates out at the door, i can probably just ring the resto if i want them to collect the plates already, eh? you leave leftovers around, you get the rodents' and roaches' attention.
