In my Island Province, "dulce" is a Bicol dialect too.

Hey! I speak Spanish so this should be easy for me. Dulce de leche is one of my favorite desserts so is Dulce de coco.

hmmm, if im not mistaken, your "dulce de leche" is either our yema or leche flan. im not very sure, both desserts are made of milk and sugar. but of course you know Flan, so you can tell if Im wrong. Dulce de coco, i love it, but it's just plan "coconut candy" for us, heehee.
