I love any of the books by Amy Krouse Rosenthal:
Little Pea--about a Pea who only ate candy for dinner and wanted his dessert-spinach!
Little Hoot--an owl that hated staying up late at night
Duck! Rabbit!--is it a duck or a rabbit?
And a fan of Waking Beauty.
We read at least 2 books a night at bedtime plus some scattered throughout the day.
