I have fallen in love with both sets of those mittens. I never thought it would happen ~ I'm just not a mitten girl ~ but they are calling to me. I won't be able to resist much longer. They are absolutely smashing. It looks like you guys are enjoying Halloween!

I love your mittens. I found a pattern for a capelet with a hood at Rhinebeck that was PERFECT for the finishing touch for my niece's halloween costume and I actually rocked it out in time. I was like a crazy person--knitting on the subway, in a bar, at 6 a.m. and at midnight but I'm sooooo happy I got it done.
Glad to see that I wasn't the only one who finished a Rhinebeck project right away!
The mittens are fantastic! I love 'em. (Both pairs, that is.) Love the socks, too. What a fun colorway you used there.

I love the norwegian mittens :o) I'm from Norway and have knitted Selbu-patterns, which are VERY traditional norwegian, but yours look great too, and I love the colors
