Senior Garcia,after 13 years in Cristal-Park NO MORE. No shows to much Spanisch customers 85% and normaly i buy a gold card but if more than 25 Englisch customers got a FREE gold card why should i buy 10 Euros aday?? I understand by transfer from MONICA to other hoel you get compensation, what about the free gold cards for other English customer. I think senora Liana got to far BOTTE?? in ENGLISCH tips???? Alot of Dutch and Belgium peop^le were not amused with her tone. Senor do something or you will loos a lot of customers. WIN CUSTOMERS IS HARD WORK LOSING TAKES 1SECOND . GRATIAS
