They prefer "grassroots" democracy?

Interpretation:

- they're not going to create actual support or collaboration, only an atmosphere of such

- they're missing something about the fact that government, by definition, IS dominant, that's the whole point

- grassroots democracy sounds like their idea of anarchy, with drug support
