I found that when I feel I need a snack...to grab a pickle. Love them and since I'm doing Weight Watchers...they're 0 points! Doesn't mean that I'll eat more than one, but it helps with the urge to "crunch" something and is a much better choice than potato chips. Not a whole lot of nutritional value though. Carrots are a much better choice.

Gravatar I've found that Figi's.com ( http://www.figis.com ) has wonderful sugar free candy and petite fours. I order a box of petite fours and one box of chocolate coconut haystacks. After my evening meal, I have one of each. I eat them slowly and enjoy every morsel. That satisfies my craving for something sweet and chocolate. They are delish! Eating only one per day they last a long time, so the price is right.
