Thank you for your words of wisdom. It is nice to hear from someone who has lost the weight and stayed that way . I have really been thinking about what you said lately and how I am not going to make it on just dieting, because some day I won't be on a diet , and then what? I am trying to kick start my weight loss and then I will see what I can do from there. I have also been walking an hour a day and sleeping much better because of it! Thanks for the insight.
