hee.. stress is only one factor for me.. more of it's something i fall back on. My god, this sounds wrong.. lol.. but sometimes i like to like walk off my thoughts... and smoking comes naturally as part of it.. =P
hey actually i think sometimes its an emotional need rather than real craving but i m not sure but my dad used to smoke A LOT. Then all of sudden after the kids( thats me and my sister )came along he stopped but occasionally still does. Maybe know what cause you to smoke like stress...etc? I am addicted to coke light.haha
