couldn't the NY Governor just select Hillary to fill the NY Senator slot that she just vacated to take the Sec State Job that she is not eligible for.
All of this Mute we know the people in Washington ignore what parts of the Constitution that they do not like or slow down their agenda see ignoring of the 10 amendment or any gun control law for example 
At some point, I hope people stop praising the work of Rove.
From reading other sources I found that there were past presidents who looked the other way over this same issue. A far more pressing question is whether or not the "chosen" one is even eligible to be POTUS.
