I need to file a suit for non payment and breach of a verbal contract dealing with a foundation in LA.

I have proof....hundreds of emails and witnesses.

This is going to involve many high profile people that are on the board.

Dr. Charles Nobel, Steven Stills and mainly Gene Maillard of the ITFG.

He has never paid me anything...just constant promises of contracts and money. He introduced me as the president of the Radio Network in Washington D.C. on the mayors cable network...but when I insisted on payment after three years of his promises...He never returned a call again....

I demanded payment. He is also being sued by many others. It must be nice to pocket almost 1 million and never pay anybody for their work.....so my question is????
Where do I start?

I am in Tennessee so do I need to file in California? or Tennessee?

What type of lawyer do I need?

Can I find a lawyer who will take a percentage because I know the board will settle with me when I produce the evidence...

and how can I report the Executive Director to Congress?
