I guess the problem is that when there is any madication out there that has risks, it takes the FDA a long time to review it and/or make changes - let alone to pull it. There were over 100,000 complaints linked to Vioxx before the manufacturer recalled it.

I think the only chance we have to have an investigation here is to show that (1) the FDA rushed to approve it, and (2) doctors are not following the FDA guidelines by inserting it vaginally.
