First time visiting the site, and I am suprised and thrilled to see a Twins fan as big as I am. I follow the Twins on a daily basis and in the last few years have begun to follow the Minor League affiliates on a daily basis as well. With limited content focusing on minor league prospects it was nice to read your prospect listings as well as interviews with several players. I was happy to see the interview with Slama as lately it has been impossible to miss his performance. He could potentially end up being a diamond comng from the 39th Round. Well anyways keep up the good work and I look forward to reading your material.

Been following the site for a while now, but this is my first comment. The first week or two after the trade, everyone said the keys to the trade were going to be Pridie and Morlan. I think everyone was disappointed Morlan was included, especially after those Rincon rumors. But now all trade analysis is focusing on Garza and Young. I propose that the balance of the trade will still most likely rest on the two minor leaguers, even though its easier to compare the major league players right now.
Here's something to think about. What if two years from now Garza's throwing like a No. 2 and Morlan is a top flight relief pitcher? How good will Young have to be to make up for the (likely) mediocrity of Harris and Pridie?

Thanks for the kind words.
Brady, if the players turn out that good, I think Young would need to be a legitimate All-Star and possible MVP candidate to make the Twins feel good about their end of the deal.
And losing Morlan (even though he's been injured this season and hasn't pitched well) still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
