Agree that a full season would probably help Rams, IMO. He's blocked by a lot of organizational depth at catcher, with Ramos/Butera/Ramos/Fernandez at AAA/AA/A+/A levels. We'd have to let Morales or Jorgensen go, move Butera, Ramos and Fernandez up a level in order to get Rams some decent playing time. Not bad moves, IMO.

Also, it would be a good idea to post strikeouts for hitting prospects. Rams has struck out 71 times in 149 AB. That's a crazy amount of strikeouts...

Yeah, Rams K numbers were a pretty big part of his story in 2008... Here's how I see it, as of today:
Majors - Mauer, Redmond
AAA - Butera, Morales
AA - Ramos, Christy
A+ - Lehman, Fernandez, Yersich
A- - Soto, Rams (who would likely play as much 1B as catcher)
Or something like that... not sure where de San Miguel fits in. Josmil Pinto could get into A ball... it'll be interesting.
Oh, and Jorgenson is already gone.

Luckily, de San Miguel will only be 21 years old next season, which is around the average age of players in the Midwest League.
One thing that is alarming is his arm behind the plate. Here is how he ranks with the other minor league catchers that Seth mentioned above:
Butera - 50%
Fernandez - 46%
Ramos - 43%
Lehman - 39%
Christy - 31%
Rams - 30%
Morales - 30%
Yersich - 29%
Soto - 29%
Jorgenson - 25%
de San Miguel - 20%
Pinto - 17%
Certainly alarming considering he's been in pro ball since he was 17.
Even though he's young, I don't see him being with the Twins much longer.
