As much as I like that we selected Hunt, Hicks, and Gutierrez, I will always be watching how Christian Friedrich and Brett Lawrie progress.

But it goes both ways, A's fans will always compare Aaron Hicks to Jemile Weeks....
Steve that's true, you really can only compare your draft to the guys drafted just before and after the player you select. Brett Wallace will have a good career, I'm surprised both he and Posey fell as far as they did. If I had been in the Twins shoes I would have still drafted Hicks over Lawrie, but I'd gone with Friedrich over Gutierrez, Shooter was a steal at 31. Don't read to much into my comments, I like cover songs and alternate reality comic books, so it probably has more to do with me asking myself "what if.." more than wonder if the Twins made a mistake.
As for A's taking Weeks... well, now that was a mistake.
