eddie guerrero was my favourite wrestler of all time, he has always been a good wrestler and when i'm on smackdown vs raw i always play as eddie, people often say eddie was a crap wrestler but they don't understand what eddie has been through, so who are they to judge. and going out to eddie, i'll end by saying you'll be sadly missed eddie, "

Eddie will be sadly missed and he was the best champion in my eyes. And I was Eddie on all of my games. Or if I was facing Eddie on it I would lose on purpose. And that is why I have not won my game yet.
well said. im not much of a wrestling fan, but im familiar with eddie and his triumphs. here's a man that not only overcame drugs and alcohol, but also a near fatal car crash- and went on to win the WWF/WWE title. he'll be missed.

Today would have been Eddie's 39th Birthday. I have been a fan of professional wrestling for 29 years. I have met quite a few of them and like you I think back to my meetings whenever one passes on TOO soon. It saddens me that they are using Eddie's death the way they are. Having Rey Mysterio and Chavo fight over him like he was a piece of property. Memories are such personal things. I also do NOT like his widow, Vicki, coming onto the scene and saying that "Rey was an insignificant part of her life and she needs to move on." I think that certian things get pushed too far.
