You must take lessons in how to be ignorant..You havent a clue as to what is going on.. Wonderful parents?? Is that where you learned your hate??
Cindy has more guts that you or that liar in Chief that you can only defend with vile invective that betrays your total ignorance and inability to defend your mindless rants

Charlie,
Thanks for stopping by, and for offering some wonderful insight into this situation. I tell ya, nothing gets your message to a receptive audience more than insulting said audience's family.
Liar in Chief? The prior president was a beacon of truth, I suppose. But I digress...
Besides, if I wanted to learn "hate", I need to look no further than you "kind, compassionate, and tolerant" liberal moonbats. With every passing election, you kooks become more unhinged. Every time your side opens your mouths, another election gets lost.
Anywho, thanks again for your deep, thoughtful, and intellectually vast insight. I don't know how America would survive without geniuses (or genii?) like you to tell the masses who always reject your message how to live or what to think.

Imagine what Sheehan's poll numbers would be if the MSM didn't twist themselves into knots trying to make her look like the next Joan of Arc. Most people don't even know that she regards the whole war as a Jewish plot. Her "America isn't worth dying for" remark alone would cost her 20 points if people new about it — and double that if people knew she made the remark at a teach-in featuring Lynne Stewart, who has been convicted of actively assisting Islamic terrorists.

" vile invective that betrays your total ignorance and inability to defend your mindless rants"
Yes, "Charlie" your total ignorance and blind obedience to defeatist, intellectually dishonest anti-American political brainwashing is evident every time you being spewing those silly shopworn shibboleths of socialism.
Jonathon, in an earlier post you referenced as Van did, Muther Sheehans remarks in San Francisco.
It might behoove your "Charlie" and the rest of the useful idiots and fellow travelers to read the transcript of that event, which includes the remarks of the Muther along with the usual suspects of socialist wonder causes:
http://
www.discoverthenetwork.or...tewartrally.htm
The rally was held to benefit Lynne Stewart, the socialist lawyer who was convicted of providing aide and material to terrorists and who cheered when Americans were killed in Iraq.
Not that I imagine Charlie poo would object to that... He likely agrees that Bush is the problem, not terrorists... And would be happy to see many more Americans die if it means weakening Bush and this country too.

Mike,
Welcome to my blog, sir! I've visited yours, and have it bookmarked...great stuff!
Your remarks are dead-on, as are Van's. I tell ya, Van, at this rate, I'll be able to call my blog "Son of Moonbattery", with some of the paranoid asshats I've been attracting here lately.

By the way, just so you guys know, Chuckie sent me an e-mail that read the following (please stop reading if f-bombs and other profanity offends you):
Subject: Your (sic) a fucking redneck
You are a fucking idiot for the names you had to resort to in you post on Cindy Sheehan. I am a Vietnam Era vet who at least served. You are just like the fucking coward in chief you ignorantly support. I bet you never even went in the military that is why you slam people that criticize your beloved draft dodging President..
I tell you, with such eloquence for prose (not to mention a grasp of a complicated contraction such as "you're"), it's an absolute wonder these guys have a hard time attracting electoral majorities.
Does anyone other than me get a kick out of moonbats NOW having a problem with a "draft-dodging president", never mind that pesky Texas National Guard thingee?
Also, does anyone really believe that a supposed "Vietnam-era veteran" (which my father truly was) hates Bush yet loves Clinton (which, judging by the venom level, is a given that he does)? Is there more honor in avoiding military service entirely and writing letters professing a loathing of the military in which this moonbat allegedly served, or more honor in serving in a National Guard capacity?
Keep yappin', Chuck. You're amusing the stuffing out of me!

I wondered the same thing about the media when Gary Qualls took issue with his son's name not only being used but added again against his wishes to the road side crosses.
While I understand it is public record if you are publicly demanding the President not use your son's name then if you really did care about the other families that have also lost their sons and daughters you would think you would respect their wishes.
While I still support Cindy Sheehan's right to protest, what little respect I had for her was gone before this, it disappeared when she tried to deny the comments made in the nightline email yet she said almost the same thing publicly reported by Mike Ferner, who is a fellow anti-war supporter. So far no one in her camp has explained this or tried to say Mike Ferner is a liar. When I've asked at Kos no one answers.

Personally, I don't think this whole Cindy Sheehan thing is good for the Republicans and the President. The More we discuss it. The more light we as conservatives place on Mrs. Sheehan's inconsistancies. The more it looks like were bashing on a dead veterens greiving mother. The left and the MSM will then point more fingers and use it as proof as we don't "Feel their pain".
As for our young men and women in the Armed Forces who are fighting and dieing in Iraq. They All Are Volunteers. This is NOT, I repeat NOT Vietnam. Most of the young men in the Vietnam war were poorly trained, poorly equiped Draftees. This led to massive loss of life. In fact only the Civil War had more American Dead and only because it was American v. American. In Iraq we have had what 1,500 dead in 3 and 1/2 years. How many terrorists have we killed in that time span. How many plots to attack Americans and American intrests have been foiled that we don't know about. The Government and the Admin can't go around banging their chest with each of these victories or else give up valuable intellegencr. The Left wants so badly to say we're in more danger because of the war in Iraq. I say we're safer. And this is All thanks to the Volunteer Heros serving our country.

P.S.
Call me a chicken Hawk all you want. Your right. I don't have half of the guts that these young men and women do. And for that, I honor them and their sacrafices for me and my family. They do what I fear to do, with honor and courage. The difference is these Chickendoves who knock the government, the president and the soldiers, don't get that by doing what their doing, it's only costing more lives to be lost, is not going to change policy, and shows no respect for those who are dieing to make sure that they can protest the admin, and the president.

Lisa, I've never been critical of her right to protest, so we're in agreement there. I've always maintained that freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequences of said speech. If you say something publicly, you invite scrutiny.
This dimwit, though, somehow thinks that a feeble attempt to anger me (which backfired) will...what, get me to see his viewpoint? The Howard Dean approach to winning converts (e.g. going to Alabama and dissing God and gun rights) seems a bit insane. But what do I know...I'm just an "f-ing redneck."

Steve: I cannot agree that pointing out Sheehan's inconsistencies is bad for Republicans. I am appalled by the number of people who have no information regarding this woman, her history and her motives other than what they saw on CNN.
Letting people know what she believes and disclosing the long affiliations she has had with groups who actively seek the defeat of the United States comes as a real shock to people whose only perspective on her has up until now been as a grieving mother who just wants nothing more than to talk (AGAIN) to that lying, hate filled, world's biggest terrorist bastard Bush. (paraphrasing her words).
(see the SF Lynne Stewart Rally: http://www.discoverthenetwork.or...ewartrally.htm)
Also, a point of correction. In World War I we had 115,000 U.S. Soldiers killed. 407,000 in World War II. 58,238 in Vietnam. (source: wikipedia.org)

Mike the point still is that a whole lot more Americans died in all those the previous wars individually than in Iraq.
And as far as pointing out her inconsistencies, I don't think Joe and Jane Smith really pay enough attention to note them. The unwashed masses see a rich war mongering president refusing to meat with a grieving mother whoes son died in the war. No matter how you feel about the war, this does not play well and the MSM, where most of America gets their news, is not going to report the truth about Sheehan. The MSM, Move on and Michael Moor are going to play this to the hilt. And the more we see republican operatives on the sunday morning shows, in the AM shows, and the nightly newses bash here it looks bad. I think we need to let it pass and move on to more important issues.
