It was already been out there a few days before this because there have been some reports of protestors getting sick. I'd also point out that Martha's Vinyard has had a problem with this particular "disease" since 2000 and just recently had a confirmed case in September so it's still in that general area. I did some reasearch on it when I first read some of the bio-weapon claims earlier in the week on the blogosphere.
