When one has no point, and all else fails, bring on the "racist" argument.
"Divisive Hack" is quite a fitting.
She is disgraceful, and as Jonathan said, "truly pathetic".

I guess the best defense is going on offense? I suppose if she calls enough conservatives names then they'll buckle under the PC weight and reconsider their stance on ILLEGALS and AMNESTY! I've never been biased toward any ethnic group in my life but it's getting more difficult to say that with illegal aliens protesting in the streets and burning our flag and even booing Miss USA in the Miss Universe pageant in Mexico City last week.

If it walks like a duck, and it talks like a duck...
Speaking of which - with all due respect, Jonathan, may I suggest updating this part of your profile:
"I am not conservative or Republican."

I was wondering when my criminal alien apologists would weigh in. Little did I know they'd accuse me of being a bigot.

What people like Chavez will always ignore is the fact that people that oppose ILLEGAL ALIENS is that we'd oppose such occurrences even if said illegals were "white" and spoke English. The fact of the matter is that the problem is NOT millions of Brits landing on our beaches illegally. I doubt we have millions of Australians coming here to get a free hand-out.
It is a fact the overwhelming portion of the illegal immigration problem is that it primarily is happening on our Southern border/coast. The vast majority of these people, who've already shown a disregard for the LAW by entering illegally, are from Mexico, Central/South America, and the Caribbean. It's not that we are racist and don't want people from these areas coming into our country. It's that we don't want them coming here ILLEGALLY!
By already showing a penchant for utter disregard for our laws in entering illegally, it is not unfair to believe that they would continue to disregard other laws of our country. Most already do continue to show this disregard in obtaining illegal documents, driving without or with fake licenses, etc. If I broke such laws, being a legal citizen, I'd be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. When it is done by an illegal alien, well then GOD FOR-FRICKEN-BID, someone dare apply the same penalties to these people. Apparently that's racist to expect that these people, who supposedly want to be citizens, follow the same laws and are punished with the same penalties applied to actual citizens.
The language is a separate, but related issue. I've had friends who've come from all over the world. Whether they have come here to become citizens, or just as exchange students, they either have learned the language before coming here, or bust their butts to learn it once they get here. This appears not to be something a large portion of the illegals feel is necessary. (Hell, we're not going to follow their laws for immigration...why the hell should we learn their language anyway?!?!) What makes this a further sticking point is that not only will many refuse to learn the language, but they will also DEMAND that current English-speaking LEGAL citizens learn their language instead. That's one huge F@#$ YOU to every citizen born here, and all the LEGAL immigrants of years gone by.
It sickens me when I know someone who came from England, got his doctoral degree in Chemistry, married an American, and truly wanted to become an American, was put through hell, not allowed to take a job doing research or teaching, and was basically threatened to be thrown out if he didn't jump through every little hoop. All of this backed by the government and politicians. Yet, you get someone who entered illegally, only "wants to be an American" for show and shows the attitude to gain sympathy, wants free education and other hand-outs, and refuses to learn the language and demands that others learn theirs, and the government and politicians will stumble all over themselves to protect them. All of this, just in hopes the politicians can get their votes, (whether they be legal or illegal votes). Those politicians are just a bunch of spineless, no good bastards.
It's not about race. It's about law, and what's right and wrong.

Your friend should have learned his lesson: sneak into the country, pick strawberries for pennies on the dollar, and THEN he would have been on the good end of calls for amnesty from criminal alien apologists. Doctorate, schmoctorate...pick them dang berries!
It's not about race. It's about law, and what's right and wrong.
Careful, Manic, before you too get accused of "walking like a duck." You may have laid out a great argument, but Chavez and her kind will ignore it all and reflexively brand you a "bigot" anyway. You wasted your time, my friend.

Again, See my previous posts on the illegal alien thing.
Quick being pissy with the illegals. They go where the jobs are. Get pissy with the cooperations that HIRE THEM illegally.
Call it amnesty. Thats what it is and shouldn't be done. Besides, The illegals don't WANT citizenship, they want jobs. There is a difference.
Johnathan. You do come off like a right winger. Before you say it yes, I do come off as a left winger. I am a left winger and never claimed otherwise.
I'll grant you this. You will occasionally flame republicans which is better than most people of your persuasions.

Actually, Vince, I think most of us here are "pissy" with both. I expect our laws to be followed by all, and I don't take too kindly to having criminal aliens and criminal businesses thumb their noses at our laws, then demanding protection from the criminal prosecution that they so richly deserve. Apparently, such a penchant for law enforcement makes me a "quacking" bigot in some folks' eyes.
Johnathan. You do come off like a right winger. Before you say it yes, I do come off as a left winger. I am a left winger and never claimed otherwise.
Vince, that's not what pissed me off. Implying that I'm a bigot by someone who's supposed to be a friend of mine is what pissed me off.
Look, I get accused often enough of being conservative or Republican, and that in and of itself doesn't bother me. The accusation is fair enough, since I definitely lean WAY more to the right than to the left. However, I think my views on drugs and prostitution (both should be legal, in my view), anti-smoking laws (there should be none), anti-sodomy laws (there should be none), etc., disqualify me as being conservative or Republican.
I think both ideologies are hypocritical, in that liberals want to stay out of people's private matters but want the government to rule every other sphere of our lives, and conservatives generally (at least in theory) seem to be the other way around.
Do I tilt to the right? No question about it, on the vast majority of issues. Do I tilt to the left on at least a few issues? Sure, see the drugs/prostitution/sodomy/etc. stuff above.
And yeah, if you hang around long enough, you'll see where I whack Republicans. Quite a bit, in fact. I don't like hypocrites and liars and #ssholes, and if I see them on the right, I'll call 'em out. It's just that I see much, much more of those things from the left than I do the right.

Get pissy with the cooperations that HIRE THEM illegally.
In addition, get pissy with the sell-outs and cowards, within the beltway, who will not enforce the current laws already on the books. They have no balls and no back-bone. What a bunch of worms!

To Johnatan
I agree with your stance on drugs and prostitution. I disagree with the smoking bit.
If you want to smoke in your own home, or car thats fine. The moment I have to breath it in I take issue. I don't smoke and I don't want your secondhand thank you.
That said it's sad we NEED regulation for this sort of thing. People should just be more f&@king polite.
As for the Conservative comment. I don't view anything particularly negative about being a conservative. The problem on both sides of the fence is that radicals on both sides have stolen these labels. Your more conservative than most. I'm more liberal than most. (Actually we agree on quite a lot but I don't always allow my personal opinion on a subject influence my feelings on how laws should work. An example would be my stance on abortion. I don't think I'd ever want my wife to get one but I'm not going to stand on the corner and preach no one should for example.) We need people of both walks to attain anything amounting to sanity in this world.

Actually, Vince, I think most of us here are "pissy" with both.
No argument, But getting back to a point that I made earlier a lot of these people deal with hard economic times and feel they can find better work in this country. If the situation were reversed and I knew I could do the same thing, I would to make my family's life better.
I'm not saying they shouldn't have to abide by our laws. Most certainly they should and I am against any kind of amnesty program that would grant them citizenship or automatic visa's without going through the same shit everyone else does. However I place 98% of the blame for this problem on the companies who hire them and the government who lets it happen. If you want to solve this problem that is where it has to be done.

Chavez is truly a cockroach and an enemy of freedom...
absurd thought -
God of the Universe thinks
don't argue with critics
just steal their corporations
put poor people out of work

I am also upset with the companies that knowingly hire illegals. They should be fined out the buttocks.

Wait.. when that actually happens, the illegals and the Democrats whine that it's RAAAAACIST.
Maybe it's time that we just tear down the border and take over Mexico. Throw out their entire government and crush the drug lords into a puddle.
