As drawn by Pantoja, this Wonder Woman has real appeal for female readers of ALL ages. It's refreshing to see her drawn as an athletic, attractive, but essentially normal-looking teenage girl instead of the hypersexualized robo-babe of recent years. I second your nomination of Princess of Paradise for Project Most Deserving of the Greenlight! |

I've always just loved Wonder Woman and thought she had all the characteristics of a great shoujo heroine. I made the short comic as a private obsession, then forwarded it to a couple of editors at DC knowing all the while that it was a longshot. One of them referred me to an editor who was scouting for female creators. I dind't know they were looking for non-manga style artists for Minx at the time though, so I didn't hear back. I really wasn't expecting a response- then again it might not have been a good idea to send something flowery to Vertgio! Thanks for reading the comic. |

By the way, the toning was done by cartoonist Eve Grandt, (http://bloodandtheartofbaking.com/), a veteran of CPM, who is also co-adapting Macbeth into graphic novel form, and may be toning another of my future projects. |

Really, how much more "magic girl" can you get? Particularly if you throw in the Lynda Carter spin-and-transform? |
