The standard abbreviation is SK2PSSO. That decrease seems to be coming back into vogue. At least I'm seeing it a lot more now than the K3tog. But then I guess it depends on the look desired more than just decreasing two stitches.

I had seen vd as another way to write sk2psso somewhere (forget where) that's why I used it in the pattern. hmmm...
