Yay!!!
I once thought to do that with my cheesecakes, but it never panned out.
I'm gonna have to nick your scone recipe though, I reckon. I love them damned things.

Ohh yes...my Grandma always used to say that nothing sells better than a good Flan. Hmmm...I guess that's why she ran a Ironmongers thinking about it.

You have to license scones? When I think of all the scones I've eaten, and have never had a license for them... *shudders* Incidentally, do you pronounce scones to rhyme with 'stones' or 'cons.' And is the subject of scone pronunciation as likely to start a class war in the States as it is here in the UK? Anyway, all the very best of luck with your exciting enterprise.

Hmm, scone pronunciation varies according to class in the UK? I assumed the word rhymed with "cons" in the UK and that rhyming it with "stones" was a US corruption...although one I have adopted, because if you rhyme it with "cons" here most people don't have any idea what you're talking about.
And don't panic, Tim...you have to license home-food-prep kitchens, not scones. You're in the clear.
Lisa, I'm not a cake specialist, but I'm thinking of working on some mini-bundts or cupcakes...
Babs, I trust you know where to find that recipe?
Legomen, I can't make flan because it's a perishable item and doesn't comply with the license (see above). *sigh*
Thanks everyone! Pie for breakfast again today!
