Gravatar yeah, go on. open it up!

oh, and congratulations on the job!

Gravatar I'll be the contrarian - I'm not crazy about team blogs. There's a certain style and focus from an individual blogger that never seems to come together when several people share the role. Bringing in a partner will inevitably change the tone and I would rather have fewer posts than a modified vision.

Gravatar Isn't having a real job a drag?

If you want, I can write for you maybe twice a week.

Gravatar If you do bring in other, don't overdo it. I'm tired of blogs with 100+ posts a day, and only 2 worth reading. I much prefer the 1 post a week, but it's a great post...

Gravatar For sustainabliity there is very little said about the small but growing number of fiber fanatics. I am a hand spinner, by making my yarns and craft iutems from all wool I eliminate the need for acrylic fibers, and teach others about how "green" sheep can be. we have a very small farm, in rural NC , I grow a garden and raise organicly fed lambs for the easter crowd, but we also use the wool, manure, and weeding services of our sheep
we allow ppl to use our sheep to mow their lawns , provided the toxic ornamentals are covered up, , where our sheep trim, weedeat, and edge while leaving a pelleted non chemical 22percent nitrogen fertilizer behind.
but we are having a hard time telling ppl about the benefits of wool. so many ppl think wool itches but it does not have to. and supporting hand spinners is even harder many ppl dont even know we exist ! , I use my own foot power to operate my wheel, and clean and dry my fiber with the rays of the sun. I can dye using all natural plants and so many spinners can and do ! there is a huge fiber festival coming up the first weekend in may in MD at howard county fairgrounds, and I sculpt wild animals and large hand puppets using nothing but wool and a felting needle.
I just thought you may find it interesting to hear from a small but growing number of ppl living sustainably in a old/revisited way ..

thanks.

Gravatar Personally, I think your blog following that has emerged would be happier hearing from you less often than from you and someone else more often. I sense that blogs gain a personality form a blogger. Why not focus on quality and not quantity?

Gravatar I'm not that interesting sustainablog. cause always stuck around it. I'll be the contrarian - I'm not crazy about team blogs. Gravatar hi there,
blogging is the fastest way to get your favourite job, isn't it?
Our little (by now) new Green Books Collection (www.greenreadings.info) is a kind of collection of meaningful texts that might be useful for all.

Gravatar Hi Jeff,

I just came across your blog and found it to be a perfect place to post something about a grant oppotunity my nonprofit is offering. We will give up to $1,000 to high school and college leaders who will help their fellow students and their schools become more sustainable. Please email me back if this is something you would like to post. The deadline is coming up in less than three weeks, so it would be great to get it up soon.

Thanks,

Gravatar Congratulations on the job with Green Options. Looks like it's going to be a great resource for people.

I reckon it's best to keep the blog yourself - individual character and style being more appealing than a more pick and mix approach.
