Buit envioronments like orrice buildings to pose hazzards, I can attest to that. The old office building that I worked at, in Reston VA, had terrible ventilation. Whenever I walked in in the morning my sinuses always became clogged, after I left the building I was fine.
Also, with us sitting in cars and offices so long our, our nuscles on the backside have bgan to shrink. Look at Americans compared to many other nations, our leg and butt muscles are not as well defined as others.

I stay away from the SUVs and chain restaurants, but I've gained a good 5 pounds since I started blogging.
Just a warning that sitting on one's ass in front of a laptop for endless hours probably ain't so great for ya either...
