China is going green and there is definitely a call there for Western technology. Factories are being shut down there because of pollution because they are either unaware of pollution reducing technology or they cannot afford it. China's just enacted five year plan emphasizes improving the environment and the press there writes on this constantly. There is a huge need for VC money in this area, both in the U.S. and in China.
