Since MetaCrawler searches the search engines, is it more or less efficient to use? It's only one click for me (efficient), but putting multiple search engines simultaneously into service...I just don't know.

That's a good question. Part of the mystery of search engines are their algorithms, which decides how results are favored and ranked -- so Metacrawler gives you broader results based on multiple algorithms. Is this more efficient? Beats me...

Thanks for the heads up. I wonder if you have considered some possible benefits of this?

I have emailed the top 15 sites as of yesterday and asked for a link exchange...i`m guessing that they will be pretty popular sites by may and some of this might rub off if they link to my blog. This morning i found that 3 of them have already linked to me.

I gues others might like to do the same?

Alternatively, many of them are looking for content but they are SEO people not Climate Change people so don't know what they are talking about. I`m sure there is scope to syndicate one of your articles across one or more of the sites...i might try that.
