This is an awsome idea. I was talking with a friend of mine recently who is a farmer about methane digesters and I remembered him mentioning something about using them in the brewing process. Because brewing beer is a pretty heat intensive process it may be possibly to collect the by products of brewing to run a methan digester which in turn could provide the heat generation for the brewing process, ideally creating a loop which could be carbon neutral. Somehow this ought to be passed on to the Chianis'
