I use and love MyBlogLog. The only tip I have to to comment on other bloggers main page, but don't include a link back to your site. Just be real.

As for changes. I noticed your Ads have nothing to do with your content. A closer matched ad may convert better.

You could try contextual ads.

Hi Jeff, just stumbled upon your blog and read a few postings... just wanted to say hi and invite you to checkout my site, www.hemp-sisters.com. we're trying to change the misperceptions of industrial hemp and at the same time working with working women's co-ops in developing countries to help them make products with hemp that we can sell in the u.s. we're now working with groups in nepal, columbia and thailand.
