Let me just add something as I re-read back on this post. The poing I was making is that the reason there are no bones is because there is no body to be found. Jesus was resurrected in Christ. His mortal body was changed. He is the last Adam who became sin for us in order that we might attain eternal life. In his mortal body, he took on our sins & felt our humanity. He can succor us as a result. More importantly, he is the FIRSTBORN of MANY BRETHREN. There are brothers following after him. He shows us the way to the Father. We must drink of his cup & follow after him. He knows the way to righteousness because he perfectly walked in it. He learned obedience by the things he suffered. We too will have to learn obedience by things he suffered. So too must we learn obedience by things we suffer. His bones will not be found because his body was resurrected. When Thomas touched him, there were nail prints, but no blood. The blood was offered to God for our sins. Remember he told Mary not to touch him because he had not been presented to the Father yet? He was flesh & bone, but not blood. Remember Ezekiel and the vision of the valley of dry bones? "Can these bones live?" "Lord, you know." That's a vision Eze saw of a great resurrection day. The army of God. I won't get into it here. Search it out for yourself. Read the word of God. Ask. Study. Show yourself approved. Let the Lord instruct you - and you obey. Then you shall learn - line upon line, precept upon precept.
